Abstract

Arylalkyl diazinone derivatives of the formula I ##STR1## and their physiologically acceptable salts, in which R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, B, Q and X have the meanings indicated in claim 1, exhibit phosphodiesterase IV inhibition and can be employed for the treatment of inflammatory processes and also of allergies, asthma and autoimmune disorders.
