Abstract
The present invention relates to a reconstructed skin model, characterized in that it comprises an epidermis equivalent on a support, the said epidermis equivalent comprising at least keratinocytes and at least induced or noninduced precursors of Langerhans' cells, as well as the process for preparing the said skin equivalent. The invention also relates to an epidermis equivalent, characterized in that it comprises at least keratinocytes and at least induced or noninduced precursors of Langerhans' cells and to the process for preparing it.
