Abstract
The invention provides the compounds of formula (I) ##STR1## and pharmaceutically acceptable derivatives thereof, in which: X represents either CH.sub.2 --CH.sub.2 or CH.dbd.CH, and PA1 Y represents a hydrogen atom or a phenylmethyl group, wherein the phenyl group is optionally substituted by one or more halogen atoms. Compounds of formula (I) inhibit blood platelet aggregation.
