Abstract
The present invention comprises a curable composition comprising: PA1 (i) a blocked reactive component comprising a blocked isocyanate or a blocked isothiocyanate; PA1 (ii) a functional compound containing reactive hydrogen; PA1 (iii) a triorganotin catalyst for promoting the reaction of the blocked reactive component with the functional compound. The composition may also be admixed with water.
