Abstract
A Squirrel-proof birdfeeder is disclosed which prevents a squirrel from consuming feed provided for birds. The feeder is of a flatbed design, and the feed is protected from squirrels by a squirrel barrier with a dual screening mechanism. Also disclosed is a special feeder stand that prevents the squirrel from even perching atop the feeder to begin with, an adjustable roof to prevent access by larger birds, and other variations that further enhance the utility of this birdfeeder.
