Abstract

A phosphate-free mildly alkaline, dishwashing detergent composition containing: PA1 (a) from 20 to 60% by weight of sodium citrate; PA1 (b) from 5 to 50% by weight of alkali metal hydrogen carbonate; PA1 (c) from 7 to 12% by weight of alkali metal carbonate; PA1 (d) from 2 to 20% by weight of a bleaching agent; PA1 (e) from 1 to 8% by weight of a bleaching agent activator; and PA1 (f) from 0.2 to 4% by weight of an enzyme, all weights being based on the weight of the composition wherein the composition in the form of a 1% by weight aqueous solution has a pH value of from about 8 to less than 10.
