Abstract

A tough, strong, stiff glass-filled polyolefin composition comprises PA1 a propylene polymer having an nmr tacticity index of at least 94 and a molecular weight distribution of about 7 to 15; PA1 a stiffness-enhancing amount of glass fiber; PA1 an impact-modifying amount of a plastomer copolymer of ethylene with a C.sub.4 -C.sub.6 alpha-olefin having a density of about 0.865 to about 0.910 g/cc; and PA1 a functionalized olefin polymer in a sufficient amount to act as a compatibility agent between polymeric materials and the glass fiber.
