Abstract
The present invention relates to water-redispersible pulverulent composition comprising: PA1 a powder of at least one water-insoluble film-forming polymer prepared from at least one ethylenically unsaturated monomer, PA1 at least one nonionic surfactant chosen from the polyoxyalkylenated derivatives, PA1 at least one water-soluble compound chosen from polyelectrolytes belonging to the family of weak polyacids.
