Abstract
The use of certain 3-substituted-4-oxa-1-azabicyclo3,2,0! heptan-7-one derivatives of general formula I, ##STR1## or physiologically acceptable salts thereof or isomers thereof, as active ingredients for the preparation of pharmaceutical composition and treatment of different diseases associated with deregulation of cysteine proteases is disclosed.
