Abstract

The present invention relates to an electrophotographic printing plate having high sensitivity to various light sources, high surface smoothness, high water resistance and excellent printability. An electrophotographic lithographic printing plate according to the present invention comprises: PA1 a polyester film base having conductive layers on both surfaces thereof so that a surface resistance is from 0.1 to 10.sup.7 .OMEGA./.quadrature., said both surfaces being electrically communicated at an end thereof; and PA1 a layer of an electrophotosensitive material, which contains zinc oxide as a photoconductive material and a binder resin and has surface smoothness of 500 to 3000 seconds, provided on one of the surfaces of said base.
