Abstract

Aqueous, stiff cream comprising; PA0 (A) a silicone compound selected from the group consisting of PA1 (A1) a C.sub.1 -C.sub.20 -alkyl-C.sub.2 -C.sub.6 -alkoxysilane and PA1 (A2) an alkoxy-containing organopolysiloxane, optionally PA0 (B) an organopolysiloxane which, in addition to other organosiloxane units, contains siloxane units which contain radicals bonded via SiC and containing basic nitrogen, with the proviso that the amine number of the organopolysiloxane is at least 0.01, and PA0 (C) an emulsifier.
