Abstract
Method for improving the fruit yields from banana plants, characterized in that an effective and non-phytotoxic dose of a compound A, chosen from: PA1 salts of a monoalkyl phosphonate and of a mono-, di- or trivalent metal cation, such as fosetyl-Al, or PA1 phosphorous acid and its alkali metal or alkaline-earth metal salts, is applied on the banana plants.
