Abstract
The present invention has as subject compounds of formula: ##STR1## in which Y is C.sub.2 H.sub.5, (CH.sub.3).sub.2 CH or (R) CH(OH)CH.sub.3, and R" is (S) CH(C.sub.2 H.sub.5)C.sub.6 H.sub.5, (S) CH(CH.sub.3)C.sub.6 H.sub.5 or (R) CH(CH.sub.2 OCH.sub.3)C.sub.6 H.sub.5. These compounds are useful as sweetening agents.
