Abstract

Pharmaceutical preparations for the local treatment of inflammations are claimed herein, characterized in that they contain as the active ingredient one or two compounds of general Formula I ##STR1## wherein X is an oxygen atom or a methylene group, PA1 R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 represent a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon residue of maximally eight carbon atoms, optionally interrupted by an oxygen atom, PA1 R.sub.3 is a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon residue of maximally eight carbon atoms, optionally substituted by an oxo group, and PA1 R.sub.4 is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group of maximally four carbon atoms.
