Abstract
A process comprising: PA1 blending core particles with a first coating resin or resin mixture to produce a first blend; PA1 heating the resulting first blend to produce first coated particles; PA1 blending the resulting first coated particles with a second coating resin or resin mixture to form a second blend; and PA1 heating the second blend to afford second or twice coated particles.
