Abstract

Cyclopeptolides of formula (I), wherein A, B, R.sub.1 Leu, Leu, C, X and Y are as defined, are inhibitors of adhesion molecule, expression and inhibitors of TNF release and are thus useful for treatment of inflammatory and other diseases which involve increased levels of adhesion molecule expression and/or are mediated by TNF. ##STR1##
