Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for the specific coupling of the cap of the 5' end of a eukaryotic mRNA fragment by a molecule functionalized by an amine functional group. The present invention also provides a method for isolating mRNA 5' end and a method for the preparation of single-stranded cDNA end complementary to the 5' end of mRNA and of double-stranded cDNA corresponding to the mRNA 5' end. The present invention also provides a method for isolating whole-length cDNA corresponding to the entire mRNA.
