Abstract
A compound of formula (I): ##STR1## wherein: R.sub.1 represents halogen or a different group as defined in the description, PA1 Ra and Rb, which mnay be identical or different, represent hydrogen, alkyl, or hydroxy, PA1 X represents oxygen or sulphur or NR, R being H or alkyl, PA1 R.sub.2 represents optionally-substituted aryl, PA1 R'.sub.2 represents hydrogen or optionally-substituted aryl, its isomers and addition salts thereof with a pharmaceutically-acceptable acid or base, and medicinal products containing the same, are useful as inhibitors of interleukin 1.beta..
