Abstract
An electromagnetic device, such has an electric motor, having a stator with a stator bore having a center axis that is precisely aligned with the center axes of the rotor and bearings supporting the rotor, self-broaching pins in endbells of the motor which align the stator bore with shaft openings of the endbells and radial spokes in the endbells that allow communication from the endbells into the stator enclosure to permit the injection of encapsulating resin into and through the endbells into the stator enclosure where the encapsulant permeates the stator assembly and secures the endbells to the stator.
