Abstract

A method for preparing a polyurethane foam which comprises reacting an organic polyisocyanate and a polyol in the presence of a blowing agent, a cell stabilizer and a catalyst composition consisting essentially of a compound having the following formula I: ##STR1## where R.sup.1 is hydrogen or a C1-C4 linear or branched alkyl, hydroxyalkyl or aminoalkyl group; PA1 R.sup.2 is hydrogen or a C1-C6 linear or branched alkyl, hydroxyalkyl or aminoalkyl group; and PA1 R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are independently hydrogen or a C1-C10 linear or branched alkyl, hydroxyalkyl or aminoalkyl group which may contain ether functionality.
