Abstract
Polyester polyols which contain at least one dihydrazide linkage --C(.dbd.O)--NHNH--C(.dbd.O)-- reduce the incidence of scorching when used as a reactant in the manufacture of polyurethane foam. Also disclosed are compounds of structures (2) and (3): EQU D--HN(--NH--C(.dbd.O)--R--C(.dbd.O)NH).sub.0-1 --NH--D (2) EQU (A--C(.dbd.T)--NH)--.sub.2 (3)
