Abstract
The disclosed dyes (which are fiber-reactive and are useful for dyeing materials containing OH and/or carboxamide groups) are compounds of the formula (1) EQU Fb--Z.sub.n (1) in which: Fb is the radical of various classes of dyestuffs, including the formazans, azomethines, phthalocyanines, etc., and particularly sulfo group-containing monoazo or disazo dyes of the formulas (a-1) through (a-5): EQU D.sup.1 --N.dbd.N--K.sup.2 -- (a-1) EQU --D.sup.2 --N.dbd.N--(E--N.dbd.N).sub.v --K.sup.1 (a-2) EQU --D.sup.2 --N.dbd.N--(E--N.dbd.N).sub.v --K.sup.2 -- (a-3) EQU D.sup.1 --N.dbd.N--K.sup.0 --N.dbd.N--D.sup.2 -- (a-4) EQU --D.sup.1 --N.dbd.N--K.sup.0 --N.dbd.N--D.sup.2 -- (a-5) in which in which D.sup.1 is a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl or naphthyl radical, D.sup.2 is the radical of a diazo component and K.sup.1, K.sup.2, and K.sup.0 are various coupling components, and E is a middle component.
