Abstract
A thermosetting powder paint composition comprising: PA1 (A) a (meth)acrylic copolymer having glycidyl groups; PA1 (B) a polybasic carboxylic acid and/or polybasic carboxylic anhydride; and PA1 (C) particles having a core/shell structure each comprising a core having Tg of 20.degree. C. or below, the core being covered at least partially with a shell having Tg of 40.degree. C. or above, and said shell having no glycidyl group. The paint composition is excellent in weather resistance as well as in impact resistance and chipping resistance.
