Abstract
The present invention covers a method of treatment of cancer, in particular, colon carcinoma, comprising the step of administering the compound N2-(6-dimethylamino purin-9-yl)-7-pentyloxycarbonyl-L-arginine in combination with 5-fluorouracil. The present invention also covers pharmaceutical composition containing these two compounds for the treatment of cancer.
