Abstract
The invention provides detectably-labeled compounds of formula (I): ##STR1## wherein A, B, C, D, E, F, R, X, Y and Z have any of the meanings given in the specification, and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, are useful in competitive assays to assay for the presence of .sigma.2 receptors. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions containing such a compound of formula (I), methods for their use and intermediates useful for preparing such compounds of formula (I).
