An expandable resin composition comprising PA1 (A) HDPE (high density polyethylene); PA1 (B) a high pressure, low density homopolymer of ethylene (HP-LDPE); PA1 (C) polypropylene; PA1 (D) a polysiloxane-polyether block copolymer; and PA1 (E) a nucleating agent of azodicarbonamide and/or talc.
