Abstract
A device (10) mounted in a timepiece for generating a variable inductive magnetic current, the device consisting of a mobile member (39) including an element for conducting the inductive magnetic current and a non-conductive element. The device also includes a mechanism for detecting (13) the variable inductive magnetic current mechanism (14), processing signals derived from the detecting mechanism and a mechanism (15) controlling the timepiece functions. The device facilitates the control of the timepiece without requiring an element physically passing through the timepiece case, thus enabling complete sealing of the timepiece.
