A color ink jet ink set for color printing; comprising PA1 (a) a first ink comprising a carrier and a copper phthalocyanine pigment as a cyan colorant; PA1 (b) a second ink comprising a carrier and a quinacridone pigment as a magenta colorant; and PA1 (c) a third ink comprising a carrier and Pigment Yellow 155 as a yellow colorant.
