Abstract

New halogenobezimidazoles of the formula ##STR1## in which A, R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4 and X have the meanings given in the description, PA1 and their acid addition salts and metal salt complexes, PA1 a process for their preparation and their use as microbicides in crop protection and in the protection of materials. New intermediates of the formulae ##STR2## which R.sup.12 -R.sup.7 and X have the meanings given in the description, PA1 and processes for the preparation of these substances.
