Abstract
The present invention provides novel compounds of Formula 1 or Formula 2 and compositions thereof, methods of their use, and methods of their manufacture, ##STR1## wherein X, Y, Z, W, R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are defined more fully in the description. These compounds are useful in the treatment of type I diabetes, type II diabetes, impaired glucose tolerance, insulin resistance, obesity, and a number of other diseases.
