Abstract
Novel organopolysiloxane compositions comprising PA1 (A) organopolysiloxanes which contain at least one SiC-bonded organic radical containing basic nitrogen, where the basic nitrogen is optionally present in part as a salt of a water-soluble organic acid, water-soluble inorganic acid, or water-insoluble organic acid, PA1 (B) anionic, cationic, nonionic or amphoteric surfactants, which are in soluble or soluble in (A) PA1 (C) substituted or unsubstituted diacrylates and/or oligoacrylates, and optionally, PA1 (C') substituted or unsubstituted acrylates, and PA1 (D) water are described.
