Abstract
The invention is a disposable article comprising a discontinuous coating of a hot melt PSA permanently adhered to at least one substrate wherein the adhesive has a shear adhesion failure temperature of greater than about 79.degree. C. (175.degree. F.). Preferably, the adhesive is pattern coated directly onto a polyolefin film for use in a variety of articles including adhesive bandages, tape and feminine napkins.
