Abstract
An open air stove comprises a fuel supply line which can be connected to a fuel source, a fuel nozzle which is connected to one end of said supply line and which extends into a cylindrical inner part of an inner cup. The inner cup is mounted concentrically in a partially cylindrical outer cup, so that the cylindrical part of the inner cup extends at least partially into the cylindrical part of the outer cup. The relationship between the nozzle hole diameter .phi..sub.m, the inner diameter .phi. of the cylindrical part of the inner cup, and the inner diameter .phi..sub.y of the cylindrical part of the outer cup is such that when .phi..sub.m lies in the range of 0.28-0.37 mm .phi..sub.i will have the value 24 +/-5 mm and .phi..sub.y will have the value 60 +5/-10 mm.
