Abstract

A swim fin structured to be removably mounted on the foot of a swimmer, wherein the swim fin is intended to be used in pairs in the conventional fashion. A foot attachment portion, is secured to a fin portion, which includes a substantially elongated, at least partially triangular configuration including a periphery defined by a leading edge and a trailing edge. The fin portion also comprises two correspondingly dimensioned and configured flukes, each of which are disposed and structured to define a different one-half of the fin portion and which include two leading edge segments, collectively defining the leading edge of the fin portion and each being substantially transversely oriented to extend laterally outward from opposite sides of the attachment portion.
