Abstract
Disclosed is a controlled release tacrine dosage form, which comprises: PA1 (a) a core; PA1 (b) an inner active layer comprising tacrine and a binder; PA1 (c) a release-controlling layer comprising one or more release-controlling-film-forming polymer; and PA1 (d) an active overcoat comprising tacrine and a binder. Also disclosed is a process for preparing the controlled release dosage form.
