Abstract
A magenta dye-donor element for thermal dye transfer comprising a support having thereon a dye layer comprising a mixture of magenta dyes and a yellow dye dispersed in a polymeric binder, at least one of the magenta dyes having the formula: ##STR1## at least another of the magenta dyes having the formula: ##STR2## said yellow dye having the formula: ##STR3## and said element contains a complexing agent having the formula: ##STR4##
