Abstract

Novel compounds of the formula I ##STR1## in which PA1 R is ##STR2## PA1 X is O or S, and PA1 R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 have the meaning indicated in patent claim 1, PA1 or a tautomeric ring-closed form, and the (E) isomers and their salts PA1 exhibit endothelin receptor-antagonistic properties.
