Abstract

The present invention relates to water-dispersible polyisocyanates obtained by reacting PA1 a) at least one polyisocyanate, PA1 b) at least one polyalkylene oxide polyether alcohol optionally containing ester groups, PA1 c) at least one quatemized tertiary aminopolyethylene oxide polyether alcohol, and PA1 d) optionally, further auxiliaries and additives.
