Abstract
Compounds of formula I or salts thereof ##STR1## where for example Y is a group of the formula (i) ##STR2## and R.sup.1 is a group of formula (ii) ##STR3## are provided along with compositions containing them and processes for their preparation. The compounds are P2-purinoreceptor 7-transmembrane G-protein coupled receptor antagonists, and are useful in the treatment of inflammatory conditions.
