Abstract
This invention relates to a composition, comprising: PA1 (A) a compound represented by the formula EQU RO(C.sub.4 H.sub.8 O).sub.n CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 NH.sub.2 (I) wherein in formula (I), R is an aliphatic hydrocarbyl group of about 8 to about 30 carbon atoms, an n is a number in the range of about 12 to about 30; and PA1 (B) a compound selected from the group consisting of: a fatty acid; a fatty acid amide; a fatty acid ester; an amide, imide or ester derived from a hydrocarbyl substituted succinic acid or anhydride wherein the hydrocarbyl substituent has about 8 to about 30 carbon atoms; an alkoxylated amine, and mixtures of two or more thereof. The invention also relates to concentrates and fuels containing the foregoing composition.
