Abstract
A process for manufacturing a composite inorganic membrane, comprising depositing one or a mixture of organometallic compounds according to formula (1): EQU M[allyl][cyclopentadienyl] (1) in which: M is Pd, Nb, or Ni; on a surface of a porous supporter and then passing a reductive gas through the opposite side of said porous supporter to form a metal film at room temperature is discussed.
