Abstract
A silver halide color photographic material comprising a support having provided thereon at least one hydrophilic colloidal layer containing at least one color-developing agent represented by general formula (1) and at least one coupler represented by general formula (2): ##STR1## PA1 wherein C.alpha. represents a carbon atom, Z represents a carbamoyl group, an acyl group, an alkoxycarbonyl group or an aryloxycarbonyl group, and Q represents an atomic group forming an unsaturated ring together with C.alpha.. ##STR2## PA2 wherein C.beta. represents a carbon atom, EWG represents a cyano group, a carbamoyl group or an alkoxycarbonyl group, LG represents a group which is released by a coupling reaction with an oxidation product of a developing agent, and M represents an atomic group forming a 5-membered aromatic heterocycle together with C.beta..
