Abstract

The object of the present invention is to provide a surface-treated steel sheet, the surface of which is provided with a coating film formed by using after-treatment solution containing carbon black or graphite, carboxy methylcelluolse, and an aqueous organic resin composed of acrylic resin, polyester resin, urethane resin or phenolic resin, thus having a low contact resistance, excellent corrosion-resistance and excellent adhesion of the coating film and to provide a connection terminal member using the above mentioned surface-treated steel sheet. In order to achieve the object, the surface-treated steel sheet of the present invention has a surface provided with a coating film containing carbon black or graphite, carboxy methylcellulose, an aqueous organic resin such as acrylic resin, polyester resin, urethane resin or phenolic resin, and a cross linking agent of the aqueous organic resin, the coating film being formed on a steel sheet which is plated with Zn, Ni, Sn, Co or any alloy of them.
