Abstract
A method of gene diagnosis of diseases wherein TNF-.alpha. promoters participate, such as juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, chronic rheumatism or diabetes, by determining in the nucleotides at the -857, -863 and/or -1031 positions in the 5'-flanking region of a TNF-.alpha. gene.
