Abstract
Compounds of formula (I): ##STR1## and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein one of R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 is H and the other is N.dbd.C(NH.sub.2).sub.2 or NHC(.dbd.NH)NH.sub.2, and the other substituents are as defined herein, are urokinase (uPA) inhibitors.
