Abstract

Use of mono- and bisoxime esters I ##STR1## where PA1 L.sup.1 is an oxime moiety of the formula ##STR2## where R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are hydrogen or organic radicals and Z.sup.1 are alkylene groups, PA1 L.sup.2 is a second oxime moiety L.sup.1 or an organic radical attached via an O or N atom, PA1 A is a chemical bond or a linker, and PA1 m is 0 or 1, as activators for inorganic peroxy compounds, in particular as cold bleach activators or optical brighteners in detergents, cleaners and bleaches and in disinfectants.
