Abstract
The present invention relates to compounds of formula 1 ##STR1## and pharmaceutically acceptable salts and solvates thereof wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5, R.sup.6, R.sup.7, R.sup.8, R.sup.9, and Z are as defined herein. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising compounds of formula 1 and to methods of inhibiting abnormal cell growth, including cancer, in a mammal by administering compounds of formula 1 to the mammal. The invention also relates to intermediates and methods useful in synthesizing compounds of formula 1.
