Abstract

The invention relates to new liquid and readily pumpable o/w emulsifiers containing PA1 a1) alkyl and/or alkenyl oligoglycosides, PA1 a2) fatty acid N-alkyl polyhydroxyalkylamides and/or PA1 a3) acyl glutamates and PA1 b) polyol polyhydroxystearates, with the proviso that the ratio by weight of a) to b) is in the range from 90:10 to 10:90.
