Abstract
The present invention relates to novel, antiarrhythmically active phenoxyalkylamine derivatives possessing a double point of attack. More particularly, the present invention relates to new phenoxyalkylamine derivatives of the formula (1) ##STR1## wherein PA0 R.sup.1 and R.sup.2, independently from each other, mean hydrogen, halogen or C.sub.1-4 alkyl group; PA0 R.sup.3, R.sup.4 and R.sup.5, independently from each other, stand for hydrogen or C.sub.1-4 alkyl group; PA0 R.sup.6 represents hydrogen, C.sub.1-4 alkyl or benzyl group; PA0 R.sup.7 means nitro group or amino group optionally monosubstituted by C.sub.1-4 alkyl, benzoyl, C.sub.1-4 alkylcarbonyl, C.sub.1-4 alkylsulfonyl, C.sub.1-4 alkylcarbamoyl or C.sub.1-4 alkylthiocarbamoyl group; both n and m are 0 or 1, with the proviso that R.sup.2 is different from hydrogen, when R.sup.1 is hydrogen, as well as stereoisomers or mixtures of stereoisomers thereof, acid addition salts thereof and hydrates, prodrugs and metabolites of all these compounds.
