The present invention relates to novel compounds of the formula (I) ##STR1## in which PA1 Het represents one of the groups ##STR2## in which PA1 A, B, D, G, V, W, X, Y and Z are as defined in the description, processes and intermediates for their preparation, and to their use as pesticides and herbicides.
